Terms of purchase:
- The subscription price is indicated for the use of the software product per month. The data warehouse can be deployed in the cloud or on the client's own hardware.
- Prices shown do not include taxes and fees (eg VAT) applicable by law.
- The cost of the minimum starter package for new customers is 24 USD. The starter pack may include a subscription to IMOOX product(s) and IMOOX Marketplace applications.
- Basic technical support service is mandatory throughout the entire period of use of IMOOX software products and is included in the price.
- The cost of product implementation and customization can be calculated separately.
- The minimum contracting period is 1 month. Payment is made in UAH at the NBU rate on the day of payment, relative to indicative prices in USD, and may differ from the cost indicated on the website.
- The indicated cost includes a standard service package. Priority technical support and service by a personal manager are paid separately.
Additional services:
Each user is provided with 1 GB of disk storage. Each additional 1 GB of storage is priced at $2 per month.

By purchasing the system, each client can order the development of unique add-ons by the IMOOX team and personalized solutions created by integrator companies (accredited developers) that can be placed in the application market.
The service is available both on the IMOOX platform and from accredited partners. We approach the formation of the program individually, depending on the time spent and the expected number of trained employees.
